ELLI ADAMS

After apprenticing under Mark Herlehy of Tatu Studio in Salem Nh, Elli spent the initial years of her career as a traveling tattoo artist, tattooing at conventions and tattoo shops on both east and west coasts. Eventually, she settled down in early 2012 with the crew at Icon Tattoo Studio in Portland Oregon. In 2015 she was invited to join the founding team of Esoteric Tattoo and spent the following four and a half years working along side Dominick Mcintosh and the incredible talent there before finding her way to the new incarnation of Reliquary Tattoo with Meg Adamson and Allyson Bennett.

Outside of tattooing Elli has enjoyed some success in illustration as well. Her work can be seen on t-shirts, fliers and record covers for underground bands both local and international. She regularly contributes to several punk and metal publications, art shows and creative events. She has also been featured in group and solo exhibitions at galleries across the country.

Style: Elli thrives on variety and employs different techniques to tackle many styles of tattooing. Black and gray tends to be her favorite, but she does enjoy color tattoos as well. Nature, Science, mythology, mysticism and horror are all recurring themes in much of her work.

Availability: Depending on her travel schedule, Elli books out about one to two months for larger projects, but it is usually best to contact her directly for an up to date time frame.

She requires a deposit in order to schedule an appointment. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the project. She also charges a $100 minimum per session.
